By creating an account or using the Liberty Class & Career App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Liberty Class & Career is an AI-powered education and learning platform that helps teachers and coaching centre owners manage classes and tests, and helps students access learning content and track progress.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Do not upload content that is abusive, infringing, or misleading
• Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a school or coaching centre

5. Content Ownership

Teachers and coaching centres retain ownership of the educational content they upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display it within the Service for the purpose of delivering it to enrolled students.

6. Intellectual Property

The Liberty Class & Career name, logo, App, and Website (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of Liberty Class & Career and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Where the App offers paid plans or premium features, pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may use or link to third-party services, including Firebase and Google Analytics. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific learning outcome will be achieved.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberty Class & Career shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
